James is the co-creator of STIIIZY, one of the most popular and fastest-growing vaporizer brands in cannabis today. James is a known innovator in the space, credited with advancements in electronic cannabis oil delivery systems that have put the award-winning STIIIZY brand ahead of its competitors. James is an army veteran and served a 13-month combat tour in Iraq.

Lena brings in her unique experience in Restaurant Management & Education Leadership and drives business results through her unwavering belief in culture & people. She drove transformative and sustainable change in Retail by building the operational infrastructure, spearheading change leadership, and designing the strategic roadmap to achieve organizational results.
 

TAK SATO

PRESIDENT

Tak has extensive experience in acquisitions and licensing in the cannabis industry. Tak has led acquisitions of over 50 cannabis licenses and operational assets. Tak is also an expert in cannabis compliance and has advised numerous municipalities in creating safe and transparent cannabis regulations. Tak attended Columbia Law School and represented numerous Fortune 100 companies while at Latham & Watkins and Morrison and Foerster.
